Forbidden rice (back or Venere)

⚫  Brown and wild rice is rich in antioxidants and with anti-inflammatory properties; for this reason, it was considered a youth source in Ancient China, reserving its consumption for the Imperial family, being forbidden for the rest of the population; that is why it is known as forbidden rice.
⚫    It is currently produced in Italy, so it is also called as Venere black rice.
